Srinagar (KNO) : Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Saturday said that the Bar Council of India’s report that gave a clean chit to the lawyers of Jammu and the Kathua Bar Association should serve as an eye-opener to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and world as it exposes the communally motivated and anti-Muslim agenda of Indian institutions operating in JK. “ An innocent kid was brutally raped and murdered. The brethren from Gujjar community are so frightened that they have migrated from Jammu.

The Rohingya Muslims are being continuously threatened and are being driven out. The only behind these conspiracies is to create fear among the Muslim communities and forcibly drive them out of Jammu,” Rifat Fatima, a spokesperson of DeM, said in a statement. She said that such people are shamelessly defending eight rapists and murderers. “ On one hand the lawyer of these rapists and murderers is asking for an CBI inquiry and on the other, the Bar Council , shamelessly gave a clean chit to the Jammu and Kathua lawyers who are openly supporting these rapists and murderers. The principal and the session judge of Kathua has written a report that the Bar Association Kathua disallowed the police from submitting the challan,” she added.

Rifat Fatima said that it exposes the fact the all this has been orchestrated by the Saffron forces. “Saving criminals seems to have become a national policy in India. “ India is the country which has an anti-Muslim national agenda. So to forcibly tie Jammu and Kashmir with such a country is illegal morally as well as literally,” she added. “ JK is Muslim nation which has been occupied forcibly by India. The dignity of our sisters, daughters and mothers is only safe when we achieve freedom from this anti-Muslim country,” she added. Meanwhile, Rifat further castigated the puppet authorities for staging drama at Islamabad Court on Saturday.

“ Today, the party chairperson had to be presented before the court in Islamabad after eight days of custody. She was kept at the Saddar police station for the whole day without food and water and at around 4 PM she was taken to court for formality. The judge, without hearing anything, sentenced her to eight more days of remand. This is all drama,” she added. Rifat said that no one from the relatives and party were allowed to meet Andrabi sahiba. “ Huge contingent of women police officials were brought to stop anyone from meeting Baaji Sahiba.

We tried hard but were only able to talk to her for just five minutes. So many occupational forces were present at the court that it seemed that some criminal was brought there,” she said. Rifat said that these are the tactics by which India and its puppets try to make us budge. “ But our chairperson and the cadre will not rest until the end of this illegal and ugly occupation,” she added. Rifat further condemned the slapping of 36th and 5th PSA against the Muslim league chairman , Masrat Alam Bhat and senior leader Mohammad Shaban Wani. She also condemned the continuous incarceration of Ghulam Mohammad Khan Sopori, Dr Shafi Sharaiti, Dr Mohammad Qasim, Ghulam Qadir Bhat and all those Kashmiris who have been illegally kept in jails in JK and across India.

She said that it was the frustration of the puppet government that it was filling its jails with innocent Kashmiris. “Kashmiris will not budge by such tactics. The struggle will continue until the last Indian trooper leaves Kashmir.
